  I always make a booking before arriving, leaving my name and contact number; and yet when I arrive for my appointment I am met with the staff members fumbling around trying to see where on their 'book' I have previously made my appappointment. I then have staff members quizzically judging whether I have actually made a booking or not, and then they begrudgingly 'try' to fit me in. The last time they made disgruntled excuses that I had called the wrong place ...although I actually spoke with the owner herself that very morning. There was no attempt at trying to fit me in.
