  Don't go there. I had an issue with my Hiace diagnosed by Repco in Kyneton, who were unable to source the parts required and so gave me back the keys at no charge. I then took the vehicle to Kyneton Toyota and got a quote of $1400 to fix the problem, to which I agreed. When the work was done and I went in to pay they demanded an extra $200 for the diagnosis! Service manager Rod lied to my face by saying that he had told me about this extra charge. He had not, as I had given him the diagnosis in the first place and would not have agreed to pay $200 to be told something I already knew. Absolutely dishonest. Way to lose a good customer and get a scathing review, guys! Moral: go to Repco.

  Friendly staff and a good service. No backup power meant the car was stuck on the hoist and I needed to wait now in the cold, for much longer than needed.
